Hi! I didn't make it past the first round. Sad. But I'm good with it. Anyway, I thought my audition went really well, and I had lots of fun. It was an experience I wouldn't have missed for the world.
Tip 4. Stay calm. It's a bit scary at first, but if you're confident you can do it.
5. Give it your best shot. Put your heart and soul into the song and you'll do well.
6. Don't be discouraged, even if you don't make it. There will be other chances. Remember, Never Give Up!
7. Just have fun!

The Next Star Tips Part 1
So right now I'm sitting in a waiting room waiting to register. It's about 6:50am, I'm dead tired, but luckily I'm not too nervous. I thought throughout the day I would post some tips.
1. Get lots of rest the night before! You have to get up early.
2. Get there ahead of time. The website says they open at six, but sometimes they let people in before that. It also helps if you're staying at or near the place auditions are being held.
3. Bring something to entertain yourself, like a book or your Ipod. It's a long, long wait.
